One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
