I was more than satisfied with my care here. I never felt that I was being told to receive treatments I didn't need, and everyone on staff was always kind and welcoming. I was a patient while in college and was sad to leave when I graduated.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Dr. Kruger is unethical, rude, disrespectful, and cuts corners. Not to mention, the front desk staff is beyond rude as well. I had a tooth removed and an implant placed at this office. There was nothing but problems from the very beginning of this ordeal and years later I am still having issues with them.

The initial implant that I received only lasted a couple months and it started to fall forward and become loose. After many visits BACK to Life Smiles, they agreed to re-do the implant for free, however, the tooth and pain medication would need to be paid for again out of pocket. We soon found out I would actually be paying for A LOT more. They ended up doing some bone grafting in my jaw and while this was healing I was given a fake tooth (that didn't come close to matching the rest of my teeth) that was held in place by a marilyn bridge across the bottom of my teeth. This was left on my teeth for several months and due to the glue holding it in place, it was impossible for me to floss. After the bridge was taken off, Dr. Kruger told me I was starting to show signs of tooth decay and I was accused of not taking care of my teeth. Dr. Kruger said, "you must bite into a lot of fruit because the acid is eating the enamel off your teeth." I had to purchase a prescription Previ-dent for $40.00 out of pocket because I "wasn't taking care of my teeth." On top of all of this, Dr. Kruger kept reminding me that my implant was the "never ending case" and he couldn't wait for it to be done and over with. I was constantly made out to be an annoyance for being in the office so much with problems related to my implant.

My bone grafting had healed and my permanent tooth had arrived at the office. I had an appointment to see the fake tooth before it was placed in my mouth to be sure it matched. (since the temporary ones in the past had not) The permanent tooth didn't match at all, the dental hygienist agreed, but Dr. Kruger told me it was not possible to order another one and I would have to deal with it.

All in all, I was unhappy with my results, my 2 year fiasco with them, their rude staff and lazy doctor. It has now been a year and a half since my final surgery at Life Smiles and I have constant pain in my jaw where the implant is and the tooth next to my implant is starting to chip off piece by piece. I was extremely alarmed by this situation and soon found out that in the process of my surgeries Dr. Kruger had accidentally chipped off parts of my REAL tooth next to my fake tooth, and filled the chips with "filling" used for cavities, which are now falling out. I am seeing another dentist for a second opinion this week and Life Smiles refuses to give me any of my x-rays or information regarding my implant, stating that it is their information, not mine.

Honestly, this office should be shut down.
