First I will say that I did not have a problem with any of the staff. They were all kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My issue is with how long each appt takes. I have moved around the country a lot and have been to several different dentist offices and know how it should work. With what I am used to, by the time I step foot in the office, I am usually out the door within 45 minutes (for cleaning visits/cavity fillings).

My husband and I went in for a first visit/cleaning together and left over 2 hours later. That is not okay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they had a very busy morning or they were limited in staff. We each went in again on different days to fill a cavity. Each of our appts were the same. Wait in the waiting room after signing in (waited about 45 minutes), get called in and sit in the chair and wait for the dentist (waited about 15-20 minutes), see the dentist and get a shot of novocaine, dentist then leaves to do other things (waited about 10-15 minutes) while the novocaine takes effect, dentist comes back and drills, then leaves and lets the dental hygienist fill my cavity (btw, I've never had a dental hygienist fill my cavities), then I have to sit around again and wait for the dentist to get back to check on the filling and drill it down to get a good bite (waited about 15 minutes). My husband's appt went about the same with all the waiting in between.

Again, the staff is very nice and I didn't feel any pain during the appt and I do believe they did a good job, however, I do not have hours to sit at the dentist's office. I'll be going elsewhere for my next cleaning.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have only been for my very first visit and go back today to start my actual treatment plan so we'll see how this goes.
