They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
