They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. About the music: I like it. The neighborhood is safe. The dentist does give a toothbrush after a cleaning; if you were in for a problem/repair you might not get one. I've never experienced unnecessary pain there. Pain yes, but the dentist wants you to be relaxed and comfortable. I've been seeing this dentist for 30 years, with the occasional visit to a different one. I always go back to Dr. Tornatta though.

No, I didn't receive anything at all

No, there was no annoying music
