I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I was completely satisfied with all my visits and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist and have gone to him for nearly 30 years. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've always recommended Dr. Gordon and his staff very highly!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
