All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

I didn't receive the finished dental result I was promised in writing. In fact, my mouth is in far worse condition than prior to my implant surgery. I am unable to eat with my new teeth and I'm regularly without my 2 front teeth because they were glued in - not permanently attached. Also, other teeth that were "fixed" have come out. Horrible experience and when things went wrong the unprofessionalism began. The arrogance, intimidation and refusal to fix my mouth was in full force. When I requested my medical records (so I could go see a competent professional to fix everything) Dr. Trigg refused to release my records to me. It's been nothing less than a nightmare - luckily the attorney general has seen this and Dr. Trigg now has to appear before the State Dental Board on various violations.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
