I am extremely disappointed in the care provided by Dr. Hoyt. My father underwent his first cataract surgery without incident, but was over sedated during his second surgery and nothing was done by the medical staff.
My father experienced hemorrhaging, though Dr. Hoyt did not share what type of hemorrhage occurred, did not warn my father of possible complications, and generally blamed him for moving during the surgery. I find the care provided by Dr. Hoyt to be completely unacceptable and would not recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
