The staff was polite; however, I would not use their service again. My appointment was set for noon for my 2 children; however, they didn't inform me that their offce closed at 1:00 on Fridays; therefore, they did a rush job on one of my children's teeth and my other child wasn't seen at all. The dentist (Kim) told me a lie directly to my face in regard to staff availability. Needless to say I left very upset & frustrated. Also, they told me that I could obtain my kids x-rays, well when I called them today, they stated they would have to send them directly to the other dentist office and they they could not email them to me. They also stated that the X-rays would be of quality but they weren't because they were printed on a piece of paper and my new dentist had to perform new x-rays because he couldn't read them. I've only received lies from them; and I will not be using their service again. I'm also, thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

Yes, they were immaculate!
