Dr Wines is the best Dentist I have every gone to. He is very professional and careing person. His staff is very friendly and helpful in every way.

Their staff was quite friendly yet non professional. I felt mostly welcome in the office but they made me feel unimportant. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They called me head of time however, my appointment card said a different date then what they had me down for. I took the new date, then I was called and asked if they could reschedule it again. Haven't been back since.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
