They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. The staff is unfriendly and rude. They are not friendly when you arrive. When I called for an emergency appointment from a referral they gave me an appointment 4 months out. The give the I don't care attitude. I was not impressed when they visited my mother at Southern MD. Then Dr. Nachanani never gave in he sent his partner, now rude. It seems you are just a number to them.
