Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I wasn't in any pain at all afterwards. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
