I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Medalie is a wonderful doctor.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
