I called this dentist because they were in my network. Big Mistake. I asked for a quote over the phone and after giving them all of my information including my insurance I.D. and teeth number for the root canals I would be needing, I was told I'd get a call back within 2 hours for pricing. 3 hours later I called and the woman said "I'm sorry you got the wrong information but we don't price quote over the phone and we DEFINITELY DON'T call peoples insurance companies!" Okay. Well why did the girl take all of my info? hmm... 15 minutes later the original girl (Ashley- only person with a brain or customer service skills at this office) gave me a call back with a price of $78 a tooth. When I told her what had happened, she put me on hold to scold the other employee like it couldn't wait until I was off the phone. Even though I was happy that she did yell at the other girl, I felt like it was not the right time because that meant putting me on hold again. So I went ahead and made my mistake, I mean my appointment and went in. The office was nice and clean which earned them a star. My appointment was at 5 and I didn't get numbed until 7:15 all the while no one is in the room. The girl who gives you the pricing and stuff acts like it's an inconvenience that your inquiring about any type of pricing. Isn't that your JOB, sweetheart? I was in the room for about 1.5 hours and she came in to give me my pricing and she quoted me at $148 a tooth. I asked about the $78 and she said "I'm sorry you got the wrong information but that's not what it is." with an attitude. When I asked why the girl told me that on the phone or how it could have gotten mixed up and WHY I KEPT HEARING THAT LINE she said "Look do you want to get it done or go somewhere else?" I was baffled. It took everything for me not to get up and walk out and spit in someones face. So FINALLY the dentist comes in and as I'm ASKING A QUESTION! puts the topical numbing ointment in my mouth! Great, cause I can really ask a question now. I didn't get ANY of my questions answered. He went a head and did one of my root canals, had to numb me 3 different times and then let the assistant FINISH IT! WOW! Needless to say, It's been 1 week and I'm in the worst pain of my life. My tooth that he worked on has been throbbing with pain ever since he touched it. (It never hurt before the root canal.) I called and they said "Oh wow, that's not normal. You should come back in so Doctor can take a look." Greattttt, I'll get right on that, lady. My tooth is seriously killing me. I am taking about 2 vicodin a day. All the staff act like your bothering them except for a select few. They didn't change their gloves after touching the X-RAY button on the wall in a different room and that really grossed me out. I honestly will not go back here ever again. I have my own attitude, I don't need 12 more from my dentist office. Not a comfortable, welcoming, friendly setting at all. AVOID THIS OFFICE!

This place was horrifying!! I waited over an hour in the hot ass dirty waiting room in some serious pain. The staff never asked me if I were comfortble and I over heard them bashing on other patients while I waited forever. The doctor spent literally ten minuets with me and They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Something seemed very sketchy about the place. STAY AWAY!
