I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
