I have been a patient of Dr. Noor Since I was in my 20's She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, and the assistant Valerie does go out of her way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I LOVE Dr. Noor. She actually spends time talking to you and has personal accountability for your health. She is rather conservative, preferring natural remedies (like lifestyle changes) to medication or surgeries, but also realizes that the conservative approaches are not always enough. I've never had a doctor who really listens as well as she does. I've never felt foolish for bringing up an issue that may seem trivial to others. I have no complaints at all.
