No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
To get information over phone on lab tests or imaging results is painful, I had to call there repeatedly to be informed.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
