The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I have been seeing Dr. Hao for almost ten years. He is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about my well-being. I sometimes have to wait longer than I like, but when my turn comes Dr. Hao gives me all the time I need to ask questions or discuss my health. Such personal care is a hard to find in this era of "bottom line" medical practice. To top it all off, he's a well-trained, highly competent physician!
