I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
