It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
