I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
