Dr Chacko saw me at Carroll County Hospital. My Dr doesn't have privileges (?) there . He was amazing. Looked after my well being even though he had never seen me before and knew I would be returning to my primary care Dr. I felt totally at ease and he made me know instantly he would take great care of me and make sure that I got the tests I needed. He went the extra mile . Thank you I greatly appreciated it.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This provider is very proffessional and polite. Explained everything and took time to listen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the very friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I've been going to Dr. Chacko for years. The office is in a good location with ample parking and has convenient hours. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room and the office staff are very efficient.
