Completely missed 5 herniated disks on my husband's MRI. Said the results were "unremarkable." Prescribed more pain medication - morphine, delaudid, fentanyl. Had my husband transferred to Anne Arundel Medical Center where Dr. Dix had him up and drug-free in a week.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
