They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. ONLY thing is I had to WAIT 8 month's for my appointment T

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
