They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I have been doctor Hamod's patient for many years. I always felt comfortable during my appointments here. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls, or to undergo any medical procedures. Dr. Hamod personally answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. The staff was helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. It was not always easy to schedule an appointment if it was NOT emergency. The waiting time in the office was often very long. Also, they left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The stuff was not always pro-active in notifying me about the test results when these results were within norm. However, having an excellent, friendly, and reliable doctor and medical stuff was much more important for me than inconveniences and schedule glitches. I would recommend Dr. Hamod to anybody, especially if there are existing medical problems.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
