They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Carol Ritter, MD was very thorough and informative. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
