It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Some of the staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. The Doctor did not seem to know what he was doing and did a very poor job. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I returned at least 4 different times to get my tooth matched up and fit properly(which it never did. I lost more than a half days work after going over to the office where they make the teeth. The dentist office never called to check on me until they told me they had to leave. This was some time ago but this came up when I looked up his name.

Have had a horrible experience with this dentist. Will never return. Does not guarantee quality of work. My son had several cavities filled 1+ year ago, 4 have already cracked and need redone. One has already been capped and crowned by another dentist after treatment by Merello's office. No guarantee, no explanation, other trying to blame it on my son, who has always had regular dental care. Very frustrated. I absolutely do not recommend this dentist if you care about your teeth, or want to throw your money away.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They never answer the phone, and the new dentist I was to referred to by a friend found more wrong with my teeth than I had a year ago. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was assigned Dr. Merello via my insurance and agreed to see him based on the location being central to my work and home. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very nice staff member and then left in an apparently dirty waiting room. Upon being brought back I had my teeth cleaned and then saw an "associate dentist" who I was not introduced to, was not told of and did come to trust after a a few visits. I had a filling replaced and then still had quite a bit of pain after, returned a few weeks later. This time Dr. Merello checked my x-rays and discussed a crown with me "Why wasn't this done last time?" he asked. It wasn't even discussed with me. It wasn't an option or even a suggestion. He wanted me to schedule the procedure but with the associate dentist that didn't deem it necessary to talk to me about a crown or the options that I had. I will be switching Dentists.
