I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them. They were very cordial and sympathetic to my situation.They extended every kindness and provided helpful suggestions. They listened carefully to what I told them and were attentive to detail. I would recommend them to anyone who wants highly professional and caring medical attention.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
