I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
