They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
