A run-down, disorganized office (huge piles of what appear to be patient records stacked on a table, not locked ...) and they have utterly failed to forward certification of my visit to the necessary authorities and are unresponsive to inquiries by email - and I DARE you to call their long, complex and completely useless voice mail ...

Yes, she does pressure patients for unessesary treatments. When asked about an HPV vaccine for my daughters I refused and she was absolutely apalled. She asked, why would you not want to do this? I have my reasons and I refused at that point the conversation should have been over but it wasn't. She can be rude, pushy and disrespectful. I will not return and I advised a few friends of mine who are expecting to stay far away. Their billing practices are also suspicious. Keep an eye on your statements.

Dr. Merrick is EXCEPTIONAL. My daughter has been with her for 17.5 years, since the day she was born. The practice is comprehensive and thorough. However, getting through her phone system is such a nightmare that I'm almost ready to give up!!! We have waited as long as 2.5 hours past our scheduled appointment time in the past as well, but that appears to be improving. This is high quality, personalized and cutting edge care, but law laws laws she needs someone to manage her admin MUCH better.

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly
