The doctors are wonderful. The staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude, put you on hold forever, don't answer your questions etc. Also, they have a policy of charging you per page to send your records to a new doctor’s office (even if it’s because you moved out of state). The new Dr. cannot request records, you have to and you have to pay the fee. Pure extortion.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
