They never make me wait for sick/ill appointments. I usually get them withing a couple of hours depending on the severity of the illness. Dr. Gordon was really nice and informative. He even offered to come to the hospital before my son was even born. He is great at documentation and provides clear directions for followup care. When my son was very sick, he had me come in daily for evaluation to try to avoid hospitalization. I'm very happy to have him as our family pediatrician.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
