I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

We have been patients at this office for over 6 years with 3 different children. I also had to take one of my girls to another office for a year because of an insurance change. The other office was a large well known practice in Howard County. I absolutely prefer Dr. Gordon. The staff have always been helpful, I have never had a problem making an appointment, and I have only 3 times had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes at an appointment over the past 6 years. Dr. Gordon has so much knowledge and even though he's been practicing for a long time, stays current on everything. They have great information in the waiting room about current issues like car seats, sunscreen, etc. To the person who complained about the chairs... really? Maybe you need to re-evaluate your priorities! The chairs are fine and the waiting room is clean. I only wish the two nurse practitioners had stayed - they were just as fabulous. I am not sure about the new Dr. Kow... I don't know enough about her to have an opinion.

We have been patients of Dr Gordon's for 6 years with 2 children we have never had a problem he is aways helpful and the staff is very nice. To the other comments Dr Gordon will sent your child to see another doctor if it is needed!And the chairs...who cares?They are basic chairs you will find in any office!

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
