They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I find that every time my son is really sick, I don't feel like there is any concern. Drs. Wandishin and Finkelstein are great, not crazy about the male doctors.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me.
