So in the seven years I took my daughter there they "lost" her records three times (at least according to the front staff). Magically the last time I told them was filing a HIPPA complaint and they were there. The practice NP told my mother she wanted to look at my daughter's records and make her own decision after a pediatric neurologist diagnosed her with MS. The other physician did the same. Everyone kept telling me they had never heard of that, not instilling confidence at all. Do not even think of asking the front staff questions, they either make up answers, say I don't know or give you attitude. If you think that attitude is bad ask them for something, you will think you were talking to your teenager and had asked them to clean their room.

to In fact the only people worth a darn in that office are the Office Manager and Dr. Schaffer. Dr S has a great reputation that she lives up to but her practice is not worth the reputation it has. I think it's treading on hers.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
