They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

We've been going to Pediatrics at Chartley since my daughter was born 5 years ago. We've always been satisfied with the level of care she and her brother have received and Dr. Israel and Darlene Israel have always made it feel more like a partnership in the care of the children. Dr. Israel is very good about giving options, talking through the pros and cons and allowing the parents to make the final decision. They don't push antibiotics and have been great with the kids.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
