The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
