I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I absolutely love Dr. Vanessa Lowe at this office (we've never met Dr. Bernstein because we liked Dr. Lowe so much). She is not only great with my 2 year old, but also my 11 year old and me! I have been so lucky to find them!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
