I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. but they do get back to you.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Never, they are very reliable.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
