Money hungry if you get behind on a bill even after they send you a refund check the will take you to small claims court. And my kids have had nothing but trouble with their teeth since their visits.

Where do I begin? I made an appointment Nov. 12th to get a new set of dentures made. I went back for all the fittings and on Dec. 11th I got a call from Dr. Allen’s office that my dentures were ready. I showed up on time and when I got my new dentures the top didn’t fit. They wasn’t even even close to fitting. He said somehow the lab had made a mistake and the top would have to be remade. So he made another impression and said he would put a rush on it. On Dec 19th I called to see what was going on and the office person said they hadn’t got back from the lab yet. On top that, I would have to come back to make a finial fitting and they would have to send them back to the lab yet again. Now here’s the kicker. I’m leaving for the winter in between Christmas and New Year and won’t be back until March. So at best it’s going to take 4 months for me to get a new set of dentures. My only saving grace is I haven’t paid them yet and I won’t until services are rendered. There is plenty of blame to go around here. Why does he use a lab that is 90 miles away when there are labs in the area that’s a lot closer? Why haven’t the lab and dentist never hear of overnight shipping from Fex and UPS? The low down here is Dr. Allen is a small town dentist that over charges on his services and then delivers bad service. There are all the same so I might as well go someplace else the next time.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.
