The one thing that I really enjoy about Dr. Milne's practice is its high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. He always explains all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything is explained in detail, all my questions are answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am completely at ease during my appointments. Dr. Milne has been my eye doctor for 30 years. I have recommended him to many friends. He provides caring, prompt and competent service.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have been a patient for more years than I care to think about and would not entrust my eye care to any other practictioner!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
