No doubt Bloom knows his medicine. But he hurried through my exam so much I couldn't get all my questions answered. He ordered a CT scan but there was a mixup in what facility my insurance company had approved. At the hospital I went to, they inserted an IV, then discovered the insurance problem. Bloom's office could have resolved it with the insurance company with a phone call, but they refused to do so, saying they were "too busy." I waited an hour with the IV inserted, then went home without the test. I wrote to Bloom complaining, but never received any reply. I'm now seeing another doctor.
