I, Linda A Beam, brought my grandson Ethan Thomas 03/27/06 to see the Orthodontist about his eye teeth being in his gums and unable to come down due to his teeth being close together. He needs braces to move the teeth over and let the eye teeth come down. I had him about two years ago. I have contacted this clinic many, many times to find out about getting this done. The last two times I called I talked to Kim, the Patient Care coordinator. I am told each time that it will take a little longer. I do not know of anything important that would take two years except this. He is just 13 years old and needs your expertise. I am just about to give up faith in the UofL Dental School.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
