i purchased their best upper and lower dentures. they look and fit really good. they also do adjustments for free for up to six months. the only things that i dont like is that there is no warranty or money back guarantee. but none of the cheaper denture places around here (louisville , ky ) offer that. overall , im glad i went there and would go again. remember , if this is your first denture you WILL be going back and forth for adjustments no matter who makes them .

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Thank You Sure Fit. I am very pleased!!!!!!!

I went there in OCT 2006 to get a new partial. Was sold their best for $450. To this day Aug 2008,I still have not received it. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB twice each and both times sure fit dentures said they would refund my money to settle the complaint, but only did this so the agencies woudl close the complaint. Stay away from the people. go to a real dentist
