horrible,and there was NO DENTIST THERE ALL 12 of the visits I made there,mostly for adjustments that lasted les than 3 minutes but didnt work, i have the same story i have read on the BBB,and on the yelllow pages reviews surefit dentures make ill fitting dentures and partials, also when you call them for an appointment they told me when i asked if they had a dentist she the red haired lady said NO,and referred me to a oral surgen that i needed. No Dentist people a lie here they put a dentist facility.LIES. and also no mention of any NO REFUND policy upfront they let me make my appointment with my oral surgeon and spend money there and make my first appointment with them still no mention, only on immediates they sid, it is later after the ist immediate goes bad, they then push you to get regular dentures and push you to believe that they wil fit and push you to get partials cuz you have to have them they say to make the top fit, but what the hell how are they going to work IF EITHER ONE DOESN'T FIT,[poor make molds,here,is why a blob of gook in your mouth a 5 minute mold, and NO MASTER MOLDS MADE. DENTISTS REAL DENTISTS USE MASTER MOLDS SUREFIT DOES NOT,i cant believce how they are geting away with cheating people, they got my money promised me the moon, and when your finally convinced the moon and in the chair they bring a little piece of paper out and say please sign still with no mention of no refunds, and get this they give you NO COPY,WHY???? I got ripped off and my health really got ripped, 12 months later this month and still no teeth, having to get them redone elsewhere,and I am broke and ill. Thanks so much OWNERS OF SUREFIT DENTURES LOUISVILLE KY DIXIE HIGWAY I BLAME YOU,YES YOU,THIS IS NOT HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.GET RID OF THAT FAKE NAME SUREFIT,IT REALLY SAYS YOUR A CON!~

long wait in an empty waiting room (parking lot empty too)... information given was incorrect and took many calls to clarify... choices given did not reflect all options available

I have been to many places to try and get a set of dentures that fit. With no luck until a friend of mine told me about sure fit. I was skeptical at first because I didnt think I would ever be happy with dentures. but to my surprise they did a wonderful job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very disapointed with the set of dentures they made me i have had them a year and they are already falling apart,,,they cost alot of money to me i had a pair made from the affordable denture center 20 years ago that lasted until i got these now i will have to go pay more money to have another set made because these are no good went to have one fixed and they just filed it down and made them uneven I dont like them..
