I wrote a review on this site, about my last visit, I have made an error on my review. I want to make a correction
I do not think Hygenist broke a crown. I believe I did it myself. Dr Gregory called me about the situation , she asked me to come into office. So I made a appointment, I am going in and apologize, I would highly recommend Audubon Dental Henderson Ky

I had hope with this Audubon Dental Office, I had my teeth cleaned and the Hygenist broke my crown, didn’t tell me. Had to go back in and get crown smoothed to lessen cutting my tongue. I knew something was wrong, when Hygenist said to Dr (checking her work) he has great teeth (I do not) He also overlooked the broken crown. Just my opinion, but would not go Audubon Dental I also mentioned it, when I seen Dr assistant to smooth crown. No response.

I have been a patient, driving from Evansville, for 25 years. Have had nothing but absolutely great service and professional help. Dr. Wilson and staff .has been wonderful. On May 20, I visited from Dr. Woodyard for 2 fillings. When I was called back, I told the assistant i needed to give my new insurance info to office. She said no, I can do that after my app .Big mistake. I paid the $98.00 she said I owed and left. I called and talked to insurance lady, the most hateful person I ever had to deal with there. She said this new dentist does not accept Medicare Advantage, and will bill me an additional $72.60 I tried to avoid this, but was not allowed. Don't ever go back for service here unless your insurance has been cleared. I won't cross that bridge again.
