I have been going to Dr. Waugh for 16 years. I have always been impressed with her attention to detail! She is extremely knowledgable and makes you feel very relaxed in her presence. When I got married, my husband starting seeing her and then when we had our daughter she was added as our pediatrician. We are so happy with our connection to Dr. Waugh that even though we moved an hour away we still continue to make the drive to see her!! She has gone out of her way to follow up with us on weekends and nights as well as be available to me on her lunch break! I just can't say enough about her ~ I consider my family blessed to have her in our life!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
