I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
