This place rocks. The only gripe I have is that I wish they were open on saturdays since I work a conventional schedule. Great staff and welcoming environment.

This is Dr. Schwarz and I am responding to the last reviewer indicating that we are “going to settle with a solution that isn't the best” and that “they seemed stuck in the past”. First and foremost I would like to express my concern that you feel this way. My patients mean the world to me. It bothers me greatly that someone visited my office and was not completely satisfied. We are a very small office. Our patients know us well and they know we are there for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If anyone ever has an emergency all they have to do is call our number and that gives access to my direct line. Emergencies are handled by me and not by an anonymous answering service.
If there is ever more than one option in treatment I see it as my job to educate you and tell all the advantages and disadvantages of any treatment before it is performed. If you are ever not satisfied with the look or the feel of your work, it is fixed or changed. No questions asked. If I, or any of my staff, made you feel unwelcome I really would like to invite you to let me know. I truly would like for all my patients to feel comfortable that their dental needs are handled properly.
